Ultraforce reserves the right to select competing athletes to take part in the Factory Support Program. Successful applicants will be given 40% discount on all purchases excluding previously discounted bundle offers. Factory Support athletes must provide Ultraforce with a minimum of 20 images per calendar year for Muc-Off branded social media / blog use. Ultraforce Factory Support athletes must also post Muc-Off provided stickers on agreed bicycle/car/motorcycle locations.

The total cost of each order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges based on the selected delivery service. Customers are responsible for confirmation that they are authorised for the selected payment method. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of a payment card refuses authorisation for any reason Muc-Off will not be held liable for any shipment delay or non-delivery. Ultraforce reserves the right to cancel any orders for products placed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing.


Ultrafoce is committed to protecting the security and privacy of all customers, and, as such, customer details, including but not limited to: customer name, address and credit card information will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances. Ultrafoce uses a secure server when accepting order payments in order to ensure customer protection. Customer information may be transferred to servers in the United States. Should any third party procure unauthorised access to any data, Ultrafoce will not be held liable for any loss or damages. Please note: None of the above will affect the statutory rights of the customer.


When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination.Ultraforce does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

Please note that certain countries may require certain documentation before the items are sent. If the necessary information is not provided, this may result in delays in the order.


You are responsible for the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
